Dr. Arnav Hrishikesh Pai is an expert and highly trained Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, known for combining academic excellence, advanced surgical expertise, and a patient-centred approach to care. He is a Gold Medalist in MS Obstetrics & Gynaecology and MBBS from D.Y. Patil Medical College & Hospital, Navi Mumbai, reflecting his consistent pursuit of excellence throughout his medical career.
He further strengthened his credentials by completing MRCOG (UK/England) and DNB (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) which are globally recognised qualifications that represent the highest standards of women’s healthcare.
Dr. Arnav Pai has undergone extensive advanced training in laparoscopic and robotic gynaecological surgery, having trained under eminent stalwarts such as Dr. Uddhav Raj and Dr. Rajendra Sankpal at leading centres in Delhi and Mumbai, along with a focused six-month advanced training experience in Taiwan. This exposure has enabled him to perform complex minimally invasive procedures with precision, safety, and excellent outcomes.
His interest and expertise in fertility care are supported by a dedicated fellowship in Reproductive Medicine, specialising in fertility treatment, assisted reproduction, and IVF, with advanced training in Mumbai, Germany, and Dubai. He is also under the mentorship of Dr. Hrishikesh Pai, a globally respected authority in reproductive medicine.
In obstetrics and gynaecology, Dr. Arnav Pai has also trained under Dr. Rishma Dhillon Pai and Dr Ashish Parulekar, gaining strong experience in managing high-risk pregnancies with a calm, evidence-based, and empathetic approach.

His clinical expertise spans high-risk obstetrics, general gynaecology, and advanced minimally invasive surgery. He also works closely within multidisciplinary teams for gynaecologic cancer surgery and urogynecology, providing comprehensive and coordinated care for complex conditions.
